Submission

Contributions should be prepared in the usual LaTeX two-column style and the length should be aimed at 4-6 pages.
A MS-Word template is available for non-LaTeX users. An electronic submission system is available at this address:


Authors of accepted papers are expected to attend the summer school and to make oral presentations about their work.

Authors of selected quality papers will be invited to submit an extended version of their contribution to special issues we are planning to organize after the conference for the following journals:

  • Int. Journal of Intelligent Systems (Springer)

Template

You can download packed sample files for LaTeX with instructions for authors. Submitted contributions must be of 4-6 pages. Package for LaTeX contains .sty file with style that have to be used, example .tex file with instructions and .eps graphic file which is needed in the example file.

Submission

To submit your contribution, please use the Electronic Submission System to fill in the submission form (available soon).

To upload your paper, go to the Upload Page and attach your file. It should be in Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) format.

Please submit your paper once. Do not submit multiple copies of the same paper. You will receive a confirmation of your submission. If you are unsure if your paper was submitted correctly, or if you do not receive from the conference secretariat a confirmation receipt of your submission within 72 hours, please send us an email (agop2011@ciselab.org) with the title of your paper. 

For an accepted contribution to be included in AGOP2011, at least one of the authors must fill in the registration form.
